KITIGAN ZIBI QUEBEC, The Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg community is in mourning after a father and his two children were found deceased in what police have described as a serious criminal incident that took place overnight between February 10 and 11, 2026.
The Kitigan Zibi Police Service stated that officers responded to a call at approximately 2:04 a.m. on February 11 at a residence located on Kichi Mikan Street. Upon arrival, police found Randy Tolley Randolph, 41, deceased inside the home. His two children — a 12-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl — were discovered with critical injuries. Both children were transported to hospital, where they later passed away.
Officials confirmed that three community members lost their lives in the incident. Preliminary details indicate that a firearm was involved.
