Bibb County Crash: 16-Year-Old Dies After Dodge Ram Overturns While Riding in Truck Bed

BIBB COUNTY GEORGIA, a 16-year-old teen was killed over the weekend after being ejected from the bed of a Dodge Ram that overturned in Macon, according to authorities.
Harrison Doyle Morris, 16, died while riding in the back of a pickup truck that lost control during an off-road maneuver, officials said.
The crash occurred around 7:51 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Vinson Road and Liberty Church Road, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said the teen driver, whose identity has not been released, lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn.
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones pronounced Morris dead at the scene.
Three other teenagers inside the truck, including the driver, a front-seat passenger, and a 15-year-old rear passenger, were injured and taken to a local hospital. Authorities said their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
Authorities have not yet filed any charges, and the investigation remains ongoing.
