JASPER GEORGIA, Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting that unfolded Tuesday afternoon at a Veterans Affairs (VA) outpatient clinic in Jasper, resulting in the death of a victim and the fatal shooting of the suspected gunman by responding officers.
