School Bus Carrying Students Runs Off Road in Boston

BOSTON MASSACHUSETTS, A school bus crashed off the side of the road in Boston on Friday afternoon, according to Massachusetts State Police.
At approximately 3:20 p.m., state troopers, Boston police, Boston EMS, and the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section responded to the area of Enneking Parkway and Gordon Avenue following reports that a school bus had rolled over.
The bus was transporting middle school and high school METCO students from Needham Public Schools. State police said everyone on board was able to safely evacuate the vehicle and that none of the students were injured.
METCO officials said a backup bus was dispatched to transport the students home, while parents were also on their way to pick up their children. The damaged bus was later towed from the scene.
7NEWS reported that it reached out to Needham Public Schools for comment but had not received a response as of Friday afternoon.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no additional details were immediately available.
