Wright Middle School, colleagues describe her as a compassionate and thoughtful educator whose kindness, professionalism, and positive spirit left a lasting impression. Her classroom was a supportive and encouraging space where students felt valued and motivated to succeed.

Beyond her work in education, Bethany was actively involved in the broader community. She was a longtime parent with FAME Allstars Stafford, where her presence and support were meaningful to many. In a message shared by the organization, FAME Allstars Stafford expressed deep sorrow, noting that Bethany’s impact and presence will continue to be felt. During this difficult time, a Meal Train has been organized to support the Augrom family. Community members have been invited to contribute meals, gift cards, or donations, with meal drop-offs scheduled on Mondays and Fridays.

Bethany was a devoted wife to Pete Augrom, a former educator with Stafford County Public Schools and a former warehouse employee at Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. Together, they built a life centered on family, service, and strong community values. Originally from Wyoming, New York, Bethany carried a deep sense of care and connection that followed her into every community she became part of.
