Southern Hospitality Star Arrested on Drug Possession Charges

CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA, Bravo star Grace Lilly has been arrested on drug possession charges, marking her second run-in with the law in just three months amid ongoing personal legal troubles. The reality television personality has appeared on the Bravo series Southern Hospitality since the show premiered in 2022.
Grace Lilly, 27, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, according to Charleston County, South Carolina, jail records. Authorities said the charge is classified as a misdemeanor offense under South Carolina law.
The reality television actress was later released on a personal recognizance bond of $10,575, according to reports. Details about the specific substance involved in the case have not yet been publicly confirmed.
Court records indicate Lilly is scheduled to appear in court on May 1 for an initial appearance related to the charge. A second court appearance has been scheduled for August 21.
The latest arrest follows another legal incident involving Lilly late last year. In December 2025, she was arrested in Charleston on a second-degree harassment charge tied to an outstanding warrant.
According to reports, Lilly was taken into custody on December 29, 2025, after being pulled over at a gas station the previous day for allegedly changing lanes illegally.
Second-degree harassment under South Carolina law is defined as a pattern of intentional and unreasonable intrusion into the private life of another person that causes emotional or mental distress.
Police reports from the earlier incident indicated officers discovered pills inside Lilly’s purse during the traffic stop.
Authorities reported finding a small container labeled “Happy Pills” that allegedly contained several white pills marked with a “P” and part of a blue pill without identifiable markings.
According to the police report, Lilly told officers that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control. She reportedly stated that she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have proof of the prescription at the time.
The incident was recorded in the police report as a “drugs/narcotics violation.”
Following that arrest, Lilly was booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center and later released on a personal recognizance bond.
Grace Lilly has been a cast member on Southern Hospitality since the reality series debuted in 2022. The show airs on Bravo and focuses on nightlife and hospitality workers in Charleston.
Bravo has not publicly commented on Lilly’s latest arrest or whether it will affect her future on the reality television series.
