Dr. Ouillette was the founder and owner of Ouillette Chiropractic, where he focused on helping patients improve musculoskeletal health through an integrative and evidence-informed approach. His philosophy emphasized treating the body as a whole, combining chiropractic care with rehabilitative and physiotherapeutic techniques to develop individualized treatment plans addressing both symptoms and underlying causes.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Ouillette graduated magna cum laude in 2016 and distinguished himself academically during his studies. While at Palmer, he served as a student instructor in physical diagnosis and volunteered internationally, traveling to Brazil to provide chiropractic care within its healthcare system.
After graduating, Dr. Ouillette returned to Michigan and practiced in several multidisciplinary clinical settings, collaborating with physical therapists and medical professionals to provide patient-centered care. In late 2017, he and his family moved to Howell before eventually establishing his practice in Brighton.
His dedication to his profession earned him recognition as “2020 Top Chiropractor” by Hour Detroit. Those who knew him said his greatest accomplishments were reflected not only in awards, but also in the trust he built with patients and the relationships he formed throughout the community.
Dr. Ouillette is remembered for his compassion, professionalism, and commitment to helping others. Colleagues and patients described him as someone who listened carefully, treated people with respect, and made each individual feel valued.
