JJ Andrews Selected as McDonald’s All-American Honoree for 2026

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas will be represented at the McDonald’s All-American Game once again, as future Razorback and current Little Rock Christian Academy standout JJ Andrews was selected as one of this year’s participants.
The five-star prospect becomes the first Arkansas-born player chosen for the event since 2022, when Nick Smith Jr. and Kel’el Ware received the honor.
Andrews now joins a notable list of Arkansas-connected McDonald’s All-Americans, including Malik Monk (2016), Jahlil Okafor (2014), Bobby Portis (2013), Archie Goodwin (2012), Corliss Williamson (1992), Jeff Webster (1989), Willie Cutts (1982), and Ricky Norton (1980).
The McDonald’s All-American distinction is awarded to the top high school basketball players in the world and has previously included future NBA stars such as LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, and Chris Bosh.
