Suspect Arrested After Parents Stabbed in Owings Mills

OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Authorities are investigating a stabbing incident that left two people critically injured in Owings Mills, according to Baltimore County Police.
Police and emergency medical personnel responded to the 12300 block of Greenspring Avenue after receiving reports of a stabbing.
When first responders arrived, they found two victims suffering from severe stab wounds. Both were classified as priority-one patients due to the seriousness of their injuries.
Because of the critical condition of the victims, emergency crews requested a medical helicopter. A landing zone was established near the intersection of Ridge Road and Greenspring Avenue.
One victim was transported to a trauma center by medevac helicopter, while the second victim was taken by ground ambulance to a nearby trauma facility.
Preliminary information indicates that the caller involved in the incident may have stabbed both of his parents.
Police confirmed that a possible suspect was detained at the scene. Authorities have not released the identities of the victims or the suspect at this time.
The investigation remains active and ongoing, and officials said additional details will be released as they become available.
