Logan Booker of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Dies; Community Remembers Former Hockey Player

Community mourns: The Halifax, Nova Scotia hockey community is remembering Logan Booker, a former U15 player with the Halifax (Bubba Rays) Gulls, who reportedly died unexpectedly last weekend at age 29.
Booker was born January 23, 1996, in Chebucto, Nova Scotia, and grew up in the region with a strong interest in hockey. During the 2010–2011 season, he played in the Halifax Gulls BNTM/NSMBHL program, where former teammates have described him as hardworking and dedicated.
He attended Halifax West High School and later continued living in Halifax, remaining connected to the local community.
Following news of his death, messages of condolence and support have been shared by members of the hockey community, including former teammates and others who knew him through the sport.
Memorial or service arrangements have not been announced publicly.
