Kingsport Infant Elliot Whitaker Dies; Easton Vance Arrested Following Investigation
Authorities in Kingsport have arrested Easton Vance in connection with the death of 14-month-old Elliot Whitaker, following an investigation that began after the child was found unresponsive.
