Pine Bluff, Arkansas Man Arrested After Shooting Leaves Two Injured

PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS, The Pine Bluff Police Department has arrested 23-year-old Tamarcus Deangelo Franklin in connection with a shooting that occurred on January 7, 2026.

Police said Franklin had been identified as a suspect early in the investigation.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 9:14 p.m. on January 7 in the 1500 block of West 29th Avenue. The investigation into the shooting remains ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details at this time.
