DALLAS TEXAS, Authorities in Dallas are investigating a double homicide after two men were discovered fatally shot late Sunday night, according to the Dallas Police Department.
Police say officers responded to a call for assistance at approximately 9:47 p.m. on March 15, 2026, in the 12100 block of Audelia Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two adult men suffering from gunshot wounds.
One of the victims has been identified as 21-year-old Mardreus Ward.
A second male victim was also located with gunshot wounds, but his identity had not yet been publicly confirmed at the time of the initial report.
Responding personnel from Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced both men dead at the scene.
The incident is currently being investigated as a double homicide, and detectives are working to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting.
Authorities have not yet released information regarding possible suspects or a motive.
The investigation remains active under case number 036948-2026.
