NORWALK CONNECTICUT, The Norwalk community is mourning the loss of 19-year-old Jake Seco, who died in a car accident late Saturday night.
According to Connecticut State Police, troopers responded to the scene of the crash and confirmed Seco’s death. Authorities said the cause and circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.
