Missing Endangered Person Alert: Yen Tran From the 26th District

PHILADELPHIA, Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered man who has not been seen since leaving his home earlier this month.
The Philadelphia Police Department said Yen Tran, an 88-year-old Asian man who speaks Vietnamese, was reported missing from his residence in the 1000 block of North Marshall Street.
According to authorities, Tran left his home on January 10, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. and did not return. He was last seen walking south in the 1300 block of Marshall Street in the direction of Girard Avenue.
Police said Tran walks with a shuffling gait and is known to frequent the Rivers Casino area. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a navy blue hat with ear flaps, a black zip-up jacket with a hood and a front zip pocket, navy blue pants, white socks, and gray sneakers, as shown in a photo released by police.
Officials consider Tran to be endangered due to his age and are urging anyone who may have seen him or knows his whereabouts to come forward.
