Braxton Smith of Graham, Texas Found Dead After Being Reported Missing

BRAXTON SMITH, the Graham, Texas community is mourning the loss of a 24-year-old man who was reported missing earlier this week and has now been found deceased, with authorities stating his death appears to be the result of suicide.
Braxton Smith was last seen Thursday evening, January 22, 2026, after leaving his home between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. He was believed to be driving a silver 2003 Toyota Solara at the time. After he did not return, family members, friends, and community volunteers organized search efforts and shared information widely in hopes of locating him safely.
Those search efforts have since concluded following the discovery of his body.
