Kearns, Utah saw a significant police response early Wednesday morning as authorities investigated an incident that left two individuals in need of medical attention and prompted a community alert from law enforcement.
According to the Unified Police Department, officers were called shortly before 1:30 a.m. to the area of 5600 West and Nautilus Drive after reports of a disturbance involving loud noises. Upon arrival, responders located a man and a woman who required immediate medical care and were transported to a nearby facility. Officials have not yet released their names or details regarding their current conditions.
Investigators remained in the neighborhood for several hours, gathering information, speaking with residents, and reviewing home surveillance recordings in an effort to better understand what occurred. Neighbors reported hearing loud sounds during the early morning hours, prompting officers to expand their search for potential clues.
