Union Grove High School Placed on Lockdown After Student Found With Weapon

UNION GROVE, Wis. Law enforcement officials are investigating an incident at Union Grove High School after police were called to the campus on Wednesday for a report involving a student allegedly in possession of a weapon.
Officers responded to the school at 3433 S. Colony Avenue after receiving information about the situation. As a precaution, Union Grove High School was placed on lockdown while police secured the area and carried out their investigation.
School officials confirmed the lockdown in an email sent to parents, stressing that the safety of students and staff remains their highest priority.
