Toronto Police Provide Update on Ongoing Downtown Investigation Involving 27-Year-Old Man

Toronto Police are sharing new details about an active downtown investigation that began early Tuesday morning in the King Street West and Spadina Avenue area.
According to officials, officers responded around 4:45 a.m. on November 25, 2025, after receiving reports of a serious disturbance in the area. When police arrived, they located a 27-year-old man who had sustained injuries and was transported to hospital, where he was later confirmed to be in stable condition.
Investigators learned that the man had been approached by a group of individuals moments before the incident escalated. During the encounter, one member of the group was also injured and was later brought to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Authorities identified him as 18-year-old Dylan Adams of Toronto. Police have released an image of the young man and extended condolences to those affected.
Following further investigative work, officers arrested 27-year-old Frandy Noel of Toronto on November 26, 2025. He has been charged in connection with the case, and court proceedings were scheduled at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre.
Officials emphasized that the investigation remains active, with detectives continuing to review video footage, gather witness statements, and analyze evidence from the scene. Police are asking anyone with information or recordings from the area to contact them to assist with the ongoing inquiry.
